This personalized gym training program is designed for individuals who want expert guidance in exercise execution, structured training, and optimized nutrition. The program consists of three training sessions per week at fixed time slots, conducted in Dubai Marina.
Training times are scheduled at the start of the program, with a recommendation for morning sessions to enhance performance and consistency. Spots for personal coaching are limited to ensure maximum focus on each client’s progress.
Each participant receives a structured gym training plan tailored to their fitness level and goals, with a strong focus on proper movement execution and individualized programming to maximize results. Additionally, the program includes a personalized nutrition plan that is carefully optimized to match the intensity and structure of the workouts.
The goal is to ensure efficient recovery, sustainable energy levels, and noticeable physical progress. Throughout the program, participants also have WhatsApp support for any questions related to their nutrition.
The program runs for one full month from the start date, with one rescheduled session allowed per month. Any additional missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. The nutrition plan is specifically designed to work alongside consistent training (three sessions per week), ensuring that participants achieve the best possible results without restrictive dieting.

All meal plans are designed with easily accessible ingredients, allowing participants to shop at local markets and incorporate the plan into their daily lives and that of their family members.
This personalized training and nutrition program is not limited to individuals with insulin resistance, but rather open to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness in a structured and sustainable way. Due to the high level of attention and customization provided to each client, spots are limited to ensure quality coaching.
For optimal results, morning training sessions are recommended, as they not only promote better physiological balance but also help establish morning discipline, which has positive effects on energy, focus, and productivity throughout the day.
This one-on-one training and nutrition program is exclusively available in Belgrade, with training sessions held in New Belgrade. Depending on the location and equipment availability, there is a possibility of arranging training sessions at a gym of the client's choice, provided it is well-equipped to support the workout program.
