Program includes:


Four workouts per week: The program includes four workouts per week that combine bodyweight exercises and free weight exercises, with each workout consisting of 8 exercises repeated for 4 rounds, for a total of 32 exercises per session.


Customizable and flexible approach: The program is designed to be flexible and customizable, allowing participants to adjust the intensity and duration of each workout to meet their specific needs and goals. Participants are encouraged to do as much as they can and to gradually increase the number of rounds over time as their fitness level improves.


Up-to-date program: The program is updated every 4 weeks to ensure continued progress and prevent plateauing, reflecting the exact process that clients go through in one-on-one sessions.


Tracking system: The program includes a tracking system that allows participants to check off their progress and make modifications to the number of repetitions and the length of each workout, providing a visual representation of their progress over time.

Do I need to add extra workouts into this program?


Program is meant to be implemented as a standalone program. Given how difficult the workouts are, we do not recommend that you perform other weight lifting workouts at the same time. Allowing for adequate recovery time is crucial for achieving progress in your workout journey.

Is PTDXB Program suitable for beginners?

Do not worry if you do not know how to perform all of the exercises there are provided detailed instructions and video for you to be able to learn and perfect all of the individual exercises needed to follow the program effectively.


How long does it take to see results from the program?

On average, participants may start to see noticeable improvements in strength and endurance within 4-8 weeks of following the program, but the time frame can be longer or shorter depending on the individual.

PTDXB Fit Body Program is 99 AED per month, or you can receive a 20% discount for a yearly membership.


How long do I need to sign up for?


Although many of our members choose to stay subscribed to the Program long term, you are free to join and cancel as you wish. The minimum commitment is 1 month.


How do I sign up?


To join the Program simply visit the 'Sign Up' page and select either the monthly or yearly subscription option. Yearly memberships provide a 20% saving but require a 1 year commitment.


How can I access the program content after signing up?

Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate and accept responsibility for the recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring annual subscription renewal fee at the then­ current annual subscription rate. You will be billed for the

 

annual subscription renewal in the first month of your next annual subscription. You may cancel your annual subscription at any time before the next billing cycle subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

 

 

All recurring subscription charges will be billed automatically regardless if the program has been used or not. Once the subscription is active, it is then assumed that the program is being used and charges will continue to incur until you cancel your subscription, subject to the terms and cancellation policy.
