Training Plan

The training plan will be adapted JUST FOR YOU!

You will receive a form that you will fill out and based on which you will be assigned a training plan.

You can choose:

  • Home
  • Gym

The training plan is divided into 3 phases:  Endurance,Shredded and Muscle Overdrive

  • The Endurance phase lasts 2 weeks and aims to increase the endurance of your muscles
  • The Shreed phase will be more intense and will include more exercises. Here you will already feel the muscle pump
  • Muslce overdrive lasts 2 weeks and our goal here is to squeeze the most out of muscle as much as possible

 

 

 

You will get materials for Hiit and abs as well as a video of the correct form of performance
 
 
 
 

Nutrition Education

You will get access to the lessons:

  • When and what you should eat

  • How to prepare meals for several days

  • What are Food Hacks?

  • How to track calories from week to week

  • How to have sustainable eating habits for life

 

Tracker for monitoring progress

Raising discipline is the most valuable thing you will get during the challenge because it will serve you throughout your life in all situations,That's why you will have a tracker in which you can monitor your progress and will motivate you to be the best version of yourself every day

Do I need to add extra workouts into this program?


PTDXB Program is meant to be implemented as a standalone program. Given how difficult the workouts are, PTDXB does not recommend that you perform other weight lifting workouts at the same time. Allowing for adequate recovery time is crucial for achieving progress in your workout journey.


What equipment do I need?


This program focuses on bodyweight exercises, resistance training with dumbbells, and resistance bands, providing a well-rounded approach to fitness and wellness.


Is PTDXB Program suitable for beginners?


Yes, the PTDXB - Program is suitable for beginners. It is designed to be flexible and customizable, allowing participants to adjust the intensity and duration of each workout to meet their specific needs and goals, regardless of their fitness level.


Is this program right for me?


Program may be right for you if you are looking to improve your overall health and well-being, build strength, increase endurance, and transform your body it has been designed to help participants get in shape, lose weight, and get leaner.


Do not worry if you do not know how to perform all of the exercises needed for the Program,there are provided detailed instructions and video for you to be able to learn and perfect all of the individual exercises needed to follow the program effectively.


How long does it take to see results from the program?


The length of time it takes to see results from the Program can vary depending on several factors, such as individual fitness level, diet, lifestyle, and metabolism. On average, participants may start to see noticeable improvements in strength and endurance within 4-8 weeks of following the program, but the time frame can be longer or shorter depending on the individual.

Sustainable results in fitness and weight loss are best achieved through a combination of regular exercise and healthy eating habits. How much is the PTDXB  Program?

PTDXB Program is $27 per month, or you can receive a 20% discount for a yearly membership.


How long do I need to sign up for?


Although many of our members choose to stay subscribed to the PTDXB  Program long term, you are free to join and cancel as you wish. The minimum commitment is 1 month.


How do I sign up?


To join the Program simply visit the 'Sign Up' page and select either the monthly or yearly subscription option. Yearly memberships provide a 20% saving but require a 1 year commitment.


How can I access the program content after signing up?


After completing your checkout you will receive an account activation email. Just follow the instructions provided in that email to gain immediate access to the workouts and membership benefits.
